IN-PERSON RUSH

In-person same-day rush tickets will be available for purchase for $49 per ticket (inclusive of fees) when the Music Box Theatre Box Office opens. Beginning at 10:00am (Monday – Saturday) and 12:00pm (Sunday), a limited number of rush tickets will be available each day on a first-come, first-served basis. Limited to 2 per person and subject to availability.

DIGITAL LOTTERY

The digital lottery provides theatregoers access to affordable tickets online. Patrons may enter the lottery starting at 12am one day before the performance. Winners are drawn the same day at 10am and 3pm. Winners may purchase up to two tickets for $49 per ticket (inclusive of fees). The digital lottery is available at: rush.telecharge.com.

Orchestra (first level)
The Orchestra has no steps.
There are 5 wheelchair locations: L24, L27, L28, N27, N28
There are 4 transfer locations: J1, J101, L114, N101

Mezzanine (second level)
The Mezzanine is up 2 flights of stairs consisting of 38 steps. The entrance to the Mezzanine is behind row L of the Mezzanine. There are approximately 2 steps between each row with a handrail on each step.
There are 5 transfer locations: E101, E114, J114, K1, K2

WIRELESS LISTENING ASSISTANCE:
Infrared assisted listening devices and neck induction (t-coil) loop receivers are available to borrow at the Shubert Audience Services kiosk. Reservations are strongly recommended.
